This Privacy Policy describes what data the Tomato Timer service (https://tomatoid.net, hereinafter the "Service") collects, how it is used, and how it is stored.

1. What data we collect

• Name and email address — provided at registration.
• Password — stored irreversibly hashed; the Provider has no access to it.
• Service usage data — created tasks, duration and status of pomodoro sessions, timer settings.
• Payment data — purchase status and amount, invoice ID from the payment partner lava.top. Card details are never sent to or stored by the Service — they are handled by lava.top.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, interface language (for logs and usage statistics).

2. How we use the data

Data is used solely to provide the Service's functionality: authentication, saving tasks and statistics, processing subscription payments, and communicating with the User about matters related to using the Service.

3. Sharing data with third parties

• lava.top — payment processing (receives the email and payment amount).
• Yandex.Metrica — website analytics (may collect anonymized behavioral data, including session recording/webvisor).

Data is not shared with any other third parties, except where required by Russian law.

4. Data retention

Data is retained for as long as the User has an account with the Service. The User can delete their account and all associated data themselves under "Profile" → "Delete Account".
